How to book as a group

Organisations booking five or more delegates may be eligible for a group discount.

To arrange a group booking:

Complete the Group Booking Form.
Email the completed form to [email protected].
An AIBS team member will confirm receipt and advise the total cost once the group discount has been applied.

Please note:

Discounts apply to bookings of five or more registered at the same time.
Group discounts do not apply to Early Bird or Student rates.

Join us for a relaxed evening of networking with peers, speakers and industry partners on Monday, 14 September at 5pm. This social event is an opportunity to continue the conversation, strengthen professional connections and unwind with colleagues from across the chapter.

Venue & parking

Internation Convention Center Sydney (ICC Sydney)
14 Darling Drive, Darling Harbour, Sydney NSW 2000

Conveniently locate in the heart of Darling Harbour, ICC Sydney is easily accessible by train, bus, light rail, coach or by foot - just a 10-minute walk from both Central and Town Hall train stations.

Conference sessions across both days will take place in the Parkside Ballroom, Level 2, while the exhibition displays and meal breaks will be held in the Cockle Bay Room and Foyer, level 3.

Name Tag & Satchel Collection

Name tag and satchel collection is from 7:30am on Monday 14 & Tuesday 15 September, and will be located in the Cockly Bay Room Foyer. Name tags to be worn at all times for ICC staff to identify which event you are attending.

Darling Harbour offers a range of hotels within close proximity to the International Convention Centre.
