The winner for the draw will be selected from all eligible registrations* before midday 20 December 2022 and will be notified by phone or email in the afternoon on 20 December 2022.

- Draw will take place in the AIBS office on 20 December 2023
- Registrations must be processed before midday 20 December 2023 to be in the draw
- Registrations must be paid in full before midday 20 December 2023 to be in the draw
- Winner will be contacted by phone/email and winner's name announced on the AIBS Conference page
- Winner will receive a full refund for their early bird full conference registration fee
- Price is not transferable

- All outstanding invoices must be paid before registering your attendance for any AIBS events. If you are unsure, please contact the AIBS office to confirm.
- All registrations are for a single delegate for the entire day, no individual session registrations accepted.
- CPD points will only be awarded to the registered delegate.
- Full event registrations cannot be split for different delegates on different days.
- Day registrations cannot be split for different delegates on different sessions.
Refunds will be provided for cancellation as follows:
- More than 30 days before the first day of the event - full refund
- Between 7 and 30 days before the first day of the event - 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before the first day of the event - no refund.

- All registrations are confirmed upon completion of registration via the AIBS online registration system.
- All invoices will generate a payment term of 14 days from the date of registration however, please note that payment for a registration must be made prior to attending.
- In the circumstance where payment cannot be made prior to the event, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible to notify.
- Any cancellation of a registration for AIBS events must be made in writing to [email protected]
- A failure to make payment in accordance with the above terms will not be accepted as a valid cancellation.
- 'No Show's - not showing up to an event does not cancel an existing invoice and therefore, must be paid.

The Australian Institute of Building Surveyors often engages with professional photographers and/or recording technicians for events. Photography and videography work may be undertaken during the course of these events including the social functions, where the images and footage produced may be used in future promotions including, but not limited to; the AIBS website, social media platforms, direct mail, marketing communique, event documentation and other uses by the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors. By registering for this event you agree to being filmed or photographed which may be used by the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors for marketing or promotional purposes.
