Fiona joined the AIBS Board in March 2023 as the inaugural Independent Lead Director. She is an experienced Chair, Non-Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer with a diverse background spanning private and public sectors. With a strong passion for membership organisations, she brings expertise in marketing, media, entertainment and the food and agriculture industries, along with their supply chains. Fiona is also a practicing commercial and corporate governance lawyer.

Beyond her role at AIBS, Fiona serves on the Boards of CHOICE, Goodwin Aged Care, ACT Cemeteries and Crematoria Authority, the Rural Financial Counselling Service (NSW – Southern and Central Regions) and Freshmark. Fiona specialises in working with organisations undergoing change and is recognised for her integrity, strategic leadership and collaborative approach.
