Con commenced his career 40 years ago with the City of South Melbourne (now Port Phillip) and transitioned into various roles from Local Government through to private building surveying. His journey took him through various facets of developments with some notable projects including Southgate, Crown Melbourne, Federation Square and National Gallery refurbishment. A new career in fire engineering was forged in the mid 1990’s and this provided the nucleus for an enhanced profile in essential services with emphasis on commissioning of buildings.
He is a registered building surveyor and fire engineer in Victoria, NSW, ACT and Qld. This compliment of professions has allowed Con some unique insight into the delivery and management of buildings. His experience in the area of essential services and commissioning has been a focus in the company he co-founded in 2019 as Nicolas Building Surveyors.
