Do I have to sign in or create an account to register someone online?
Yes, if you have been to an AIBS event before you will most likely already be in our database and have an account. For more information on how to sign in, please click here.

I am registering a group of people from my company, how do I do it?
Organisations booking 5 or more delegates – discounts apply *
Please email group bookings to email@example.com.
*Discount applies for 5 or more bookings made at the one time, however does not apply to early bird or student prices.
The price showing on the register page is for a non-member when I am a member, am I doing something wrong?
The registration page reflects the price that you are entitled to depending on your membership status, you must be up to date with your membership fees to see member prices and you must
be signed into your account. If you are a member and have forgotten your username or password please contact our friendly office on 1300 312 427 for assistance. Please do not create a new account as this will create you as a duplicate and will not link automatically to your member account, therefore the price will still show as a non-member.
How do I qualify for an 'Early Bird' Registration?
Early Bird registrations are for AIBS Members only. All membership fees must
be up to date to qualify for Early Bird.
I'm not able to attend the full conference - are there single day registrations available?
Yes, single day registrations can be purchased for both Thursday 13 and Friday 14 September. For more information please view the 'register' tab.
I have registered but I can't attend the Awards Dinner - do I get a discount on my registration?
No, full conference registrations are inclusive of the Gala Awards Dinner and if you are unable to attend no refund will be given.
Can I bill the invoice to my company?
Yes, once you have registered for the conference you can move onto the check-out page. Here, there is an option to 'pay later' which will give you a drop down box to invoice to yourself or your company. Your company details in your own account must be correct before proceeding through the checkout. If you need to update your company details please click here

Can I book accommodation with AIBS?
We have secured a conference rate at the Crown Promenade Melbourne for conference attendees, however bookings must be made online directly with the Crown. For more information and to book, please view the 'Accommodation' page.
Will the speaker presentations be available after the conference?
Yes, speaker presentations will be made available after the conference to delegates who attended the conference on that day. The link for these will be sent with your CPD Attendance Certificates.
