The winner for the draw will be selected from all eligible registrations before midnight 11 June 2019, and will be notified by phone or email on Wednesday 12 June 2019.
Terms and Conditions of Entry
Prize: Complimentary registration for a colleague
- Draw will take place in the AIBS office on Wednesday 12 June 2019
- Registrations must be processed before midnight, 11 June 2019 to be in the draw
- Registrations must be paid in full before midnight 11 June 2019 to be in the draw
- Winner will be contacted by phone/email
- Winner will receive a complimentary full conference registration for a colleague
- Must provide attendee name by 1 July 2019
By registering for any training event or conference, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
Registration and Cancellation Policy
- All registrations are for a single delegate for the entire conference or day, no individual session registrations accepted.
- CPD points will only be awarded to the registered delegate.
- Full conference registrations cannot be split for different delegates on different days.
- Day registrations cannot be split for different delegates on different sessions.
- Refunds will be provided for cancellation as follows:
- More than 30 days before the first day of the conference - full refund
- Between 7 and 30 days before the first day of the conference - 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before the first day of the event - no refund.

Payment Terms
- All registrations are confirmed upon completion of registration and issue of an invoice
- Payment terms on all invoices are the earlier of 14 days from the date of invoice, or prior to the first day of the event (where registration is completed and invoice issued less than 14 days from the first day of the event).
- Any cancellation of registrations for conferences must be made in writing to [email protected]. A failure to make payment in accordance with the above terms will not be accepted as a valid cancellation.
