We are seeking a talented and motivated Building Surveyor to enhance our team.
Responsibilities:
- Review building permit applications, compliance reports, and related documentation for Class 1 & 10 and 2-9 projects.
- Conduct detailed site inspections to ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Liaise with clients, architects, building designers, structural engineers, consultants, contractors, and government agencies to facilitate smooth project approvals.
- Provide expert advice on regulatory requirements and compliance issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Building Surveyor qualifications/education.
- Relevant experience in building permits and compliance within the construction industry.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Outstanding communication and client relationship-building abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Current & valid driver’s licence.
