Permitted Worker Scheme - Melbourne
From 11:59pm Wednesday 5 August in Melbourne, employers that require their staff to attend a work site must issue a worker permit to their employees.

As such, unless you hold a work permit, you will not be able to travel and work onsite (i.e. at your office or on a building site).
