Representative opportunities with AIBS

11 April 2019

AIBS are encouraging Expressions of Interest from members keen to make a significant contribution to the profession and take advantage of rewarding opportunities both in personal growth and professional development.

By engaging with Standards Committees, members are able to contribute to the improvement of relevant standards used in building surveying practice and at the same time access significant personal and professional development opportunities offered by Standards Australia to committee members.

In conjunction with the support AIBS is able to provide to standards committee members representing AIBS, those who have around five years or more of experience in the application of standards through building surveying practice are suitable to serve on standards committees.

The following active Standards committees are open to all AIBS members.

BD-035

Ceiling systems (AS/NZS 2785 – Suspended ceilings – design and installation)
