Welcome to the help page for the AIBSTV site. 

How do I log in to AIBSTV?
You can log in to the AIBSTV site using your usual AIBS username (email) and password. If you are unsure of your login details, please contact the AIBS Member Services Team on 1300 312 427.
If you do not have an AIBS account, please create one on our primary site before logging in to AIBSTV. You do not need to be an AIBS member to have an account with us or to use the AIBSTV site.

How do I watch videos on AIBSTV?
AIBSTV features a range of free and pay-to-view videos. Free videos can simply be watched once you are logged in and the site will prompt you to log in if you aren't already. All other videos need to be purchased before you can watch them.  

How do I view a video I purchased?
Purchased videos are added to your playlist, which can be found on the main page of AIBSTV by clicking "My Playlist".

How do I view my invoice from AIBSTV?
Once you have purchased videos on AIBSTV, you will be emailed an invoice. If you do not receive the invoice via email, please first check your junk or spam folder then contact the AIBS Member Services Team on 1300 312 427.

I am a member, but am not seeing discounted member prices?
If you are an AIBS member and correctly logged in yet still not seeing the discounted member rate for videos, please contact the AIBS Member Services Team on 1300 312 427.
Please note that if you have recently applied for membership, or are due to renew your membership but have not yet done so, you will not automatically receive these discounts.

How many CPD points will I receive?
Videos range in length and therefore the CPD point also vary. The CPD applicable will be shown directly under the video title. 

How do I claim CPD points for watching an AIBSTV video?
If a video is eligible for AIBS CPD points, you will be required to complete a brief quiz about the video content. You must answer all questions in the quiz correct to receive your CPD certificate. You will be emailed the certificate verifying your completion within 3-5 business days after submitting the quiz.

Can I retake a quiz if I don't get a perfect score?
Yes. When you submit a quiz, you will see which questions you answered correctly and incorrectly. If you did not answer all questions correctly you can follow the below steps to retake the quiz.

1. Click on the three barred icon at the top left of the video.    
 2. Click on the name of the quiz on the dropdown.  
 3. Click on the blue "Take Quiz" button that will appear below the video.
