Rural Aid - Buy A Bale
Rural Aid is registered with the Australian Charities and Non Profit Commission supporting rural communities across Australia.
The drought appeal campaign is providing meaningful support for farmers by delivering hay and other essential items to farmers who have no feed left for their cattle.
To show your support, visit each of the exhibit booths listed on the exhibitor sheet that you will find in your conference satchel and have it stamped. Once you have visited each of the exhibitors, simply return your completed form to the AIBS registration desk and we will donate $10 for each completed form. In addition each completed form will be in the draw to win some great prizes. Additionally we will have raffle tickets to purchase during the conference breaks to aid further in this fundraising effort to help not just farmers but their communities.

By registering for any training event or conference, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
Registration and Cancellation Policy
- All registrations are for a single delegate for the entire conference or day, no individual session registrations accepted.
- CPD points will only be awarded to the registered delegate.
- Full conference registrations cannot be split for different delegates on different days.
- Day registrations cannot be split for different delegates on different sessions.
- Refunds will be provided for cancellation as follows:
- More than 30 days before the first day of the conference - full refund
- Between 7 and 30 days before the first day of the conference - 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before the first day of the event - no refund.

Payment Terms
- All registrations are confirmed upon completion of registration and issue of an invoice
- Payment terms on all invoices are the earlier of 14 days from the date of invoice, or prior to the first day of the event (where registration is completed and invoice issued less than 14 days from the first day of the event).
- Any cancellation of registrations for conferences must be made in writing to [email protected]. A failure to make payment in accordance with the above terms will not be accepted as a valid cancellation.
