AIBS Tasmania Chapter Member Forum
A Tasmania Chapter Member Forum will be held at the Grange, Campbell Town on Tuesday 24 July 2018.
About this Event
In the last week, the state government has released proposed retrospective amendments to the Act and a fact sheet providing advice regarding lapsed and old permits that significantly impact the way members operate.
Unfortunately, the time to provide feedback on the Act amendments is very limited and a consistent approach on how members respond to lapsed/old permits is required. To facilitate this, AIBS have organised a free member forum to allow members to work with Chapter Committee to provide an appropriate response to the government.
This forum will also be a chance for members to bring forward other issues relating to the Act. We would also encourage members to provide any feedback in advance prior to the forum. In this way, we can group key issues together and more efficiently address them during the forum.
This forum will be held on the Tuesday 24 July 2018 at The Grange, Campbell Town commencing at 10:00am.
If you would like to raise any matters for consideration during the forum, we would request you do so in the following format:
- What is the Issue
- Relevant Act/regulation/Determination (if applicable)
- What are the Impacts/Concerns
- Possible solution
Feedback in the above format can be provided either when you register for the forum below or by emailing [email protected]
