About this Event

As a part of the AIBS Governance Review, Chapter AGM’s have now been replaced with annual member forums.  This initiative was introduced in order to make member events more accessible to the highest number of members from each chapter, which is why they are being conducted in conjunction with the Annual Chapter Conference.  It is also an opportunity for both AIBS elected representatives and AIBS management to interact directly with members providing information on AIBS activities and direction, and also taking feedback, suggestions and comments form members. 
 
These forums will be rolled out nationally across all chapters throughout 2017, with the first scheduled to be held at the Adelaide Oval on 24th March 2017.

The forums will follow a structured agenda commencing with presentations from the Chapter President and AIBS CEO, followed by an open forum that will also include the National President, Board Director and National Technical Manager.   Members will also be able to contribute topics to the open forum by submitting to the AIBS prior to the forum, or if time allows, from the floor. 

These member forums will be conducted by way of a breakfast meeting prior to the commencement of the 2nd day of the SA Chapter Conference (Friday 24th March) and are open to all AIBS members, regardless of whether they are attending the conference or not.  There is no cost for members to attend, however all members must register to attend, and please note that this registration is separate to conference registration.

The Premiership Suite is located on Level 3 of the Riverbank Stand which is within close proximity to the William Magarey Rooms which are being used for the conference also on level 3.
